The Church of God of Prophecy in Malaysia is celebrating a significant and historic milestone—the Church has been officially registered! It is now officially recognized by the Malaysian Government after decades. The registration process typically takes six months to a year; however, through much prayer and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, it was approved within just two months!
This achievement marks an important chapter in the journey of COGOP Malaysia. What began as a ministry carried forward by faithful believers has now reached a significant point of recognition within the nation.
The registration represents more than an administrative accomplishment. For the church, family, it is a testimony of God’s faithfulness through the years and the dedication of leaders and members who have continued to serve, worship, and advance the work of the Kingdom in Malaysia.
This milestone also provides a stronger foundation for the church as it looks toward the future. With an established legal framework, COGOP Malaysia can continue developing its ministries, strengthening its churches, equipping leaders, and serving communities with greater structure and clarity.
At a time when the church is also experiencing a season of leadership transition, this achievement carries particular significance. It reminds us that while seasons and leaders may change, God continues to lead His Church and establish its work according to His purposes.
