Reception, Executive Offices, and General Presbyters’ Offices

The first floor of the International Offices complex houses the Reception Area, the Presiding Bishop’s Executive Suite, and offices for the General Presbyters of Central America, North America, and South America, along with the Finance Department.

The Presiding Bishop’s Executive Suite is thoughtfully designed to facilitate leadership functions efficiently. It includes offices for the Presiding Bishop, his Executive Assistant, and Office Assistant, along with a dedicated lobby and reception area. A private conference space within the Presiding Bishop’s office allows for confidential committee meetings, while a personal study provides a quiet retreat for reflection and preparation.

Upper Room Chapel, Library & Archives, Executive Conference Room, and Administrative Offices

The Upper Room Chapel serves as a sacred gathering space for weekly chapel services and daily prayer times. Staff members at the International Offices join in these moments of worship and intercession, lifting up prayer requests received from around the world.

Located on the second floor, the Adrian L. Varlack, Sr. Library and Archives preserves the rich history of the Church. It houses an extensive collection of Church publications, historical records, and memorabilia, offering a valuable resource for study and reflection, upon appointment.

The Executive Conference Room provides a spacious and well-equipped setting for meetings, including those of the International Office staff, Assembly Committees, Corporate Board, and General Presbyters.

This floor also accommodates Administrative Services, the Finance and Administration Executive Director, Global Missions Ministries, Heritage Ministries, and the General Presbyter of Asia, Australia, and Oceania, ensuring strategic leadership and operational support for the Church’s global mission.

Ministry, Communications, Media, and Leadership Development

The third floor of the International Offices serves as a center for ministry leadership, communications, and resource development, supporting the Church’s global mission through various essential departments.

This floor houses the Leadership Development and Discipleship Ministries Executive Director and the Center for Biblical Leadership, which provides training and resources for equipping pastors and leaders. Children’s Ministries and Youth Ministries support the development of leaders while also creating programs that support the nurturing of the next generation in their faith.

The Global Communications Executive Director’s Office oversees worldwide media strategies, working alongside Digital Media Services, Editorial Services, and the Art Department to produce high-quality content that informs and inspires the Church. The White Wing Messenger, the Church’s official publication, is also based here, ensuring that doctrinal and inspirational messages reach a broad audience.

Supporting the global Church’s diverse language needs, the World Language Department facilitates translation efforts.

Technical and operational support for these ministries is provided by Information Technology Services, ensuring that the Church’s digital infrastructure runs efficiently.

Together, the ministries and services on the third floor play a crucial role in equipping leaders, reaching the global Church, and strengthening discipleship efforts through various forms of media, education, and communication.

The Ministry Training Center (MTC) at the International Offices is a versatile meeting and event space designed for leadership training, departmental meetings, special events, and global connectivity. Originally the White Wing Press area, this space was repurposed and now serves as a conference center equipped with advanced technology for live connections with individuals and congregations worldwide.

The MTC features several flexible meeting rooms, including the Clements Room, which accommodates up to 560 guests in theater seating, and smaller rooms such as the Tomlinson, Howard, Fisher, and Murray Rooms, each equipped with tables, chairs, lecterns, projection capabilities, and sound equipment. Additionally, the Clements Room offers simulcast/webcast capabilities, making it ideal for large-scale events.

With a mission to support education, leadership, and global engagement, the MTC is a valuable resource for both internal Church use and external event rentals, ensuring its impact for years to come.

Connected to the International Offices by a covered tunnel, the White Wing Bookstore is the largest Christian bookstore in the area, offering a wide selection of Bibles, Christian books, artwork, gifts, and church supplies. Recently renovated, the bookstore provides a welcoming space for visitors to explore faith-based resources that inspire and equip individuals, churches, and ministries.

Whether seeking study materials, meaningful gifts, or worship essentials, White Wing Bookstore remains a trusted destination for spiritual growth and encouragement.

Located in the Majestic Building, Spirit & Life Seminary serves as the official educational institution of the Church of God of Prophecy, equipping men and women for effective ministry.

Offering various certificate and degree options, the seminary provides theologically sound and practical training.

The seminary’s offices, housed in this facility, include the Office of the Seminary President, Registrar, Academic Dean, Business Office, Recruitment and Marketing, and Support Staff, all working collaboratively to fulfill its mission.

Rooted in its mission to prepare leaders who are anointed for service and burdened for the lost, Spirit & Life Seminary is committed to expanding God’s kingdom and building His Church through transformative education.

Located within the Majestic Building, the Majestic Studio stands as a historic and functional space dedicated to the Church’s media and communication efforts.

Originally constructed in 1971 as the Communications Center, this facility housed the Church’s English and Spanish communication ministries.

On April 6, 1971, a new chapter in the Church’s radio and recording ministry began as the Voice of Salvation broadcast became the first production recorded in the newly completed studio complex. Designed with a 46.5-foot-long, 36-foot-wide, and 15-foot-high recording chamber, the studio was built to accommodate a 100-voice choir and featured two control rooms equipped with cutting-edge technology for its time. The Studio became a hub for audio production, utilizing a 24-track console to produce custom records sold through the Broadcast Record Club.

Today, this studio continues to serve the Church and is now primarily used for video recording projects. In recognition of its rich musical and media heritage, the former Communications Center has been renamed the Majestic Building, paying tribute to the Church’s historic Majestic Records label.
