Despite the devastation brought on by being in a full-scale war for over 1,000 days, the Church of God of Prophecy in Ukraine continues to experience the miraculous move of God within their churches, communities, and homes. Our pastors and members live every day with the threat of bombs and shelling, the loss of access to water and electricity, and the scarcity of food and basic necessities. They have had to evacuate and move out of danger zones. They have even lost their precious loved ones to this war. Yet, even with all the surrounding chaos and turmoil, the church is growing and thriving.
Recently, one of our churches lost the rental property where church services were held. But God orchestrated everything in such a way that now they have a bigger building for the same price as the old one. Our church in another town held an evangelization service for children, and many families heard the gospel for the very first time. The Ukrainian youth were able to attend the European Youth Conference last year, and our pastors continue to meet for ministry training. We thank God that as the local churches serve their communities, people are coming to Christ and becoming a part of our family.
