Bishop Sam N. Clements is the General Overseer for the Church of God of Prophecy. He accepted the call to full-time Christian service in 1962, received license as a minister the next year, and was ordained as a Bishop in 1972. In addition to his 28 years of pastoral ministry he was appointed state overseer to Arkansas/Oklahoma and, later, to North Carolina, between 1993 and 2000. He served as North American General Presbyter for 14 years (2000 – 2014). He has worked with the Church’s international, state, and regional boards and committees and has traveled widely throughout the world. He completed studies at the Church’s Bible Training Institute and holds an honorary doctorate from Kingsbury Bible College in Florida. Bishop Clements lives in Cleveland, Tennessee, with his wife, Linda. They are blessed with three sons: Greg, Gary (deceased), and Gerald, along with three beautiful daughters-in-law and seven grandchildren.

Pete Scazzero is the founder of New Life Fellowship Church in Queens, New York, a large, multiracial, international church with more than 73 countries represented. After serving as senior pastor for 26 years, Scazzero now serves as a teaching pastor/pastor at large. He is the author of two best-selling books: Emotionally Healthy Spirituality and The Emotionally Healthy Church(Zondervan, 2010) and most recently released The Emotionally Healthy Leader (Zondervan, 2015). He is also the author of The EHS Course (Zondervan, 2014) and Emotionally Healthy Spirituality Day by Day (Zondervan, 2013). Pete and his wife Geri, are the founders of Emotionally Healthy Spirituality, a groundbreaking ministry that equips churches in a discipleship paradigm that deeply transforms people who deeply transform the world. They have four daughters.

Bishop Leroy Victor Stephen Greenaway is the regional overseer for the Mid-Atlantic Region of the Church of God of Prophecy. Bishop Greenaway began preaching around the age of 14 and was called to his first pastorate at the age of 19. A minister in the Church of God of Prophecy, he has travelled extensively, preaching the Gospel throughout the Caribbean, the US, Canada, and England, serving as evangelist and camp meeting speaker. After attending Tomlinson College, Bishop Greenaway graduated from Lee University in 1981 with a BA in Sociology magna cum laude and a minor in Biblical Studies. In 2010, he graduated from the Palmer Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree. He is presently pursuing a doctoral degree from Gordon-Conwell University. Bishop Greenaway has served as youth pastor, regional overseer, and pastor, leading the Montreal West congregation in growth from 89 to more than 300 during his tenure. He is married to Christina of Birmingham, England. They have two children, Jessica and James.

Lamar Vest

Dr. Lamar Vest is the president of the Pentecostal Theological Seminary. Called to preach at 14, Dr. Vest took his first pastorate at age 20 in his native South Carolina. Since then, Dr. Vest served as state and international youth leader, president of Lee College, and a member of the Church of God Executive Committee. He was selected twice to serve as General Overseer of the Church of God, fulfilling two four-year terms, 1990-1994 and 2000-2004. Dr. Vest served as president of the American Bible Society, one of America's oldest charities, after 17 years of service to the organization. Prior to his serving as president of PTS, Dr. Vest worked as the director of the Center for Spiritual and Lifelong Learning, as well as adjunct professor. He also served as associate pastor of leadership development at the Times Square Church, which ministers to 8,000 people weekly. Dr. Vest is the author of six books, including Reclaiming Your Testimony (2002), and Faith to Stand When You Can’t Understand (2013). Dr. Vest and his wife, Vicki, reside in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Bishop Ben Feliz is the General Presbyter for Mexico, Central America and the Spanish-speaking Caribbean in the Church of God of Prophecy. He has been a minister in the Church since 1993 and was ordained as a Bishop in 2000. He has served as executive director of Finance and Publications; Southeast Spanish Regional Overseer; Minister of Music positions in Chile and Nicaragua; youth ministries in Dominican Republic, Massachusetts and New Jersey; and pastorates in New Jersey, and Florida.In addition to his roles in the COGOP, Bishop Feliz served in the Southeastern Hispanic Fraternity of Pentecostal Churches as president (2004-2007) and vice president (200-2004). Bishop Feliz received a B.A. in Business Administration from Eastern College in St. Davis, Pennsylvania, as well as a B.A. in Theology from the Florida Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida. He also earned a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Bryan College and a Master of Arts in Religion (MAR) with Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where he serves as an adjunct professor. Ben Feliz lives in Cleveland, Tennessee with his wife Damaris; son, Benjamin, Jr.,and daughter, Leanna.

Pastor Branson Gibson is the associate pastor of the Ernest Street COGOP, also known as The Love Center, in the Bahamas. He has been a licensed minister in the Church since 2004. Pastor Branson is an honors graduate of William Gordon Primary, St. Augustine’s College, and the College of the Bahamas. Pastor Gibson is presently pursuing a Master of Arts degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. He is also a trained secondary education teacher, having won the Top Secondary Education Teacher Award from the College of the Bahamas in 1997.Pastor

Dr. Tom Renfro

Dr. Thomas Renfro is a medical doctor and popular minister. He has shared his story of miraculous healing from cancer with thousands of listeners. In 1997, Dr. Renfro was disanosed with mantle cell lymphoma, considered to be incurable and untreatable. Finding prayer support and encouragement through his church family at the Freedom Worship Church in Norton, Virginia, Dr. Renfro received a healing from God on December 3, 1997. Dr. Renfro studied at The University of Virginia and The University of Chicago before deciding to attend The University of Virginia's School of Medicine, where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree. After becoming board cerified in 1988, he returned to Norton to start his own practice. Dr. Renfro began preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ in March of 1998. Since that time, he has been able to preach in over 100 churches, pray for thousands of people, and has seen the story of his miraculous healing touch an unnumbered host of concerned people. In 1999 he recorded a television series called "Avenues of Healing." He has been on several regional television stations declaring the love of God. Dr. Renfro wants people to know that when 'all hope is gone' there is still Hope!

Kirk Rising serves as International Youth Director for the Church of God of Prophecy. In his 28-year ministry, he has served as state youth director of Hawaii and North Carolina. He has served as youth pastor and as missionary to the countries of Germany and French Polynesia (Tahiti) in the South Pacific. He studied Business Administration at the University of South Carolina. His business career includes owner of High Rise Sports and serving as head coach of the French Polynesia, Olympic-qualifying basketball program in Tahiti. He has been married to Sarah for 24 years and they have two children, Amanda and Carlos.
