Your Words,
Our Fellowship.

The COGOP Authors Program invites Church of God of Prophecy ministers, leaders, and members to feature their published works at the White Wing Bookstore during the International Assembly.

COGOP Authors Program

Spirit-Led Writing
in Every Hand

This program creates an opportunity to place Spirit-led writing in the hands of believers gathering from around the world — while supporting Christian publishing within our movement.

Whether you are a seasoned author or sharing your first published work, this is your platform. Assembly attendees from across the globe will browse, discover, and carry your words home.

The Bookstore handles display, point-of-sale processing, and post-event reporting, so you can focus on what matters — connecting with your readers.

Process

How It Works

A simple four-step process from registration to payment — the Bookstore handles everything in between.

01

Register & Submit

Complete the Author Registration Form and provide one sample copy of each title before the June 11th deadline.

02

Review & Approval

The Bookstore reviews each title for eligibility, content alignment, and production standards. You’ll be notified in writing.

03

Deliver & Display

Bring your approved inventory to the Assembly before the exhibition hall opens. Your titles will be featured in the COGOP Authors section.

04

Report & Payment

Receive an itemized sales report and your 60% share within 60 days of the Assembly close. Collect unsold copies on-site.

Elegibility

Who Can Participate?

To be considered, both the author and each submitted title must meet the following requirements.

COGOP Membership

You must be a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in good standing.

Doctrinal Alignment

Each book's content must be consistent with the doctrine, values, and mission of the Church of God of Prophecy.

Professional Production

Books must be professionally printed, properly bound, and suitable for retail display. Self-published works are welcome if they meet production standards.

Scannable Identifier

Each title must carry a UPC barcode or ISBN on the back cover for point-of-sale scanning, plus a clearly printed retail price on every copy.

Language

Works in English or Spanish are accepted. Titles in other languages will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Bookstore team.

Approval Required

Participation is by written approval only. Submitting the registration form and one sample copy per title initiates the review process.
