You’ve seen the social media posts, White Wing Messenger articles, or heard the testimonies of our training team serving all around the world. You’ve likely gained practical skills from our teaching team through our Institutes of Children’s Ministry, Impact training modules, and one-day intensives.
As a children’s minister, you’ve gained a wealth of knowledge and skills from various sources and experiences. Perhaps you’ve felt called to support our vision of developing leaders in children’s ministry, desired to serve on a short-term mission trip, or want to share your passion for our ministry with others. International Children’s Ministries is excited about the fantastic opportunities for our ministry to develop leaders who will impact kids in nations throughout the world. In 2022 we have resumed in-person International Institutes of Children’s Ministry, as well as debuting our reformatted Train the Trainers intensives.
You are invited to consider walking through at least one of these doors as a member of our training team. Please read carefully through our flyer, by clicking here. The flyer includes the cost for participating in each trip and some additional details. After you’ve read the flyer, begin asking God if you are to be a part of one of the teams. Your participation will not only encourage and help train the children’s ministers of the nation, but you too will develop and strengthen your leadership and ministry skills. International Children’s Ministries provides the curriculum and teaching manuscripts for our trainings, so preparation is not complicated.
The first step in joining our team is to complete our application. This secure, online form helps us collect all the information necessary for assigning your responsibilities, collecting your senior pastor recommendation, and making initial travel arrangements. Completion of the form does not necessarily secure your place on the team, nor does it obligate you to participate. It is simply the first step. If accepted to the training team, you will receive an official invitation to serve. Here’s where we are coming in 2022!
