Leadership Development
International Retreats are a great opportunity for individuals to experience first hand discipleship and leadership development.  The focus of these retreats are aimed toward pouring into our leadership and laity as well as taking the time to disciple them as they touch the field. This is a great opportunity to connect with our leadership by becoming part of the staff and extend the arm of Christ to those in our frontline ministries. Prayerfully consider becoming part of the International Ladies Retreat staff.   South America
