Discipleship Goals
Scripture clearly indicates that it is Gods will for every believer to achieve spiritual maturity grow up into Him in all things (Ephesians 4:15), with our ultimate goal to be like Jesus. Spiritual growth is a process that begins with a decision and a commitment and involves the development of spiritual disciplines.
Goals
The local fellowship can be instrumental in helping women find their place in the body by pressing toward the following goals:
To provide opportunities for women to receive Christ as Savior
To bring acceptance to the truth that women are called of God to ministry/discipleship
To educate women that we are not disciples simply because we know about Him
To provide instruction concerning spiritual disciplines and giftedness
To involve women in evangelism and outreach efforts in order to share their faith
To use women in unique service ministry
To build confidence in the calling and use of women by God
To find completeness, fulfillment, justification, and approval for those ministries from God

This is always an exciting time of the year for the Women’s Ministries Department. The Regional Ladies Retreat Season is getting into full swing. Devotion books are being edited and getting ready to go to the printer. Folders, magnets, website have all been updated an printed and we have begun receiving applications for the Fall Season of Regional Ladies Retreats.
