Exciting news comes from our Children’s Home in Haiti. As members of the Steering Committee arrived on campus for the annual meeting a few days ago, they were immediately ushered to the newly completed kindergarten building.

The next morning everyone gathered together to dedicate the new building to the glory and use of the Lord. The children provided special singing and National Bishop Dorlean prayed a prayer of dedication before the doors were opened to the children, teachers, staff, and guests.

The construction of our new kindergarten has been a joint venture between Global Aid Network Germany, the German Government, and the Church of God of Prophecy. The building has three pristine class rooms and two offices; one office that will serve as a teachers’ office and one that will serve as a library/supplies room.

The kindergarten will not only welcome the small children currently living in the children’s home, but also children from the surrounding community who would not have such an opportunity without our school.

Enjoy the photos from this day of dedication, ribbon cutting, and celebration as the Lord continues to lead us forward in our reconstruction of the Ça-Ira Children’s Home.
