Congo-Brazzaville Conducts Women’s Retreat, 21 Reported Saved

In recent correspondence with the Global Missions Office, Mukendi Bitchy, National Overseer Congo-Brazzaville reports the following:

A few days after the burial of my older brother’s second daughter, we returned to our church work. Our sister, Julienne Zaina Mukendi, the national Women’s Ministry Coordinator, organized a retreat for women in the Temple Du Ciel Ouvert, from Wednesday, July 6th through Saturday, July 9th.

The central theme of that retreat was: TO BE IN INTIMACY OF JESUS CHRIST.

Many women’s leaders from our local churches gathered together during those three days in the local church of Poto-Poto for teachings and fervent prayers. The opportunity was given to me to intervene during some time to teach the women gathered together for this purpose.

Our Lord and Savior Jesus-Christ, the Redeemer of the World, visited His people in this retreat and confirmed His Word through miracles, baptism of the Holy Spirit, healings, and many other signs that He performed.

They brought a lady demon possessed from a certain traditional church where she went to seek blessings and Jesus Christ the Lord and Savior freed her.

The retreat was a great blessing not only to the women’s leaders gathered together, but also to their families and local churches. 55 women were in attendance with 21 receiving Jesus Christ as their own Lord and Savior and 12 being baptized with the Holy Spirit.

On the last day, I prayed for one last blessing and declared the end of the Brazzaville Women’s Retreat in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen. Thank God our heavenly Father for His grace and mercy which we can do anything in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
