11-07-17 FaithLine Devotion GIVING STRENGTH TO THE WEARY…

My dear brothers and sisters, dedicating your lives to singing for Jesus: Our Abba Father asks us this question: “Who can fathom the Spirit of the LORD, or instruct the LORD as his counselor? WHOM DID THE LORD CONSULT TO ENLIGHTEN HIM, AND WHO TAUGHT HIM THE RIGHT WAY? Who was it that taught him knowledge, or showed him the path of understanding?” (Isa. 40:13-14)

God’s power is unlimited, and none of His creation can compare with it: 1. He has an INFINITE REACH. As we view the celestial globe, aren’t we astonished at the magnitude of it; 2. He has INFINITE STRENGTH, and can as easily move mountains and hills as the craftsman heaves his heavy loads onto the scales and out of them again; he holds them in his hand exactly as easily as a child holds a toy. 3. HIS WISDOM IS INFINITE, and none of His creation can give information or direction to Him. No one can do what God has done and is still doing, so no one can assist him in the doing of it or suggest anything to Him which He has not thought not of!

DO YOU NOT KNOW? HAVE YOU NOT HEARD? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. HE GIVES STRENGTH TO THE WEARY AND INCREASES THE POWER OF THE WEAK.” (Isa. 40:28-29)

He is himself an almighty God. He is the everlasting God, even Yahweh. He was from eternity; he will be to eternity; therefore, with him there is no insufficiency, no deterioration. He exists by himself, and therefore all his perfections are unlimited. He is without beginning or ending, and as a result with Him there is no change. He is also the Creator of the whole earth and all that is in it. He therefore is the rightful owner and ruler of all!

Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but THOSE WHO HOPE IN THE LORD WILL RENEW THEIR STRENGTH. They will SOAR on wings like eagles; they will RUN and not grow weary, they will WALK and not be faint.” (Isa 40:30-31)

WE WHO HOPE IN THE LORD WILL BE RENEWED IN OUR STRENGTH.

GIVING STRENGTH TO THE WEARY…

Our Abba Father asks us this question: “Who can fathom the Spirit of the LORD, or instruct the LORD as his counselor? WHOM DID THE LORD CONSULT TO ENLIGHTEN HIM, AND WHO TAUGHT HIM THE RIGHT WAY? Who was it that taught him knowledge, or showed him the path of understanding?” (Isa. 40:13-14)

Has it not been told you from the beginning? Have you not understood since the earth was founded? He sits enthroned above the circle of the earth…HE STRETCHES OUT THE HEAVENS LIKE A CANOPY, AND SPREADS THEM OUT LIKE A TENT TO LIVE IN.” (Isa. 40:21-22)

Our God is a great God, and a great King above all gods?” It has been a universally truth to admit that there is an infinite Being who is the source of all beings. This is understood ever since the beginning of the world, from and by the beginning of the universe!

WE WHO HOPE IN THE LORD WILL BE RENEWED IN OUR STRENGTH.

11-06-17 Loved One’s Devotion HATING EVIL…

My awesome, loving and wonderful Grandchildren, and Annika and Kaleigh, whom I love and pray for every day: “LET THOSE WHO LOVE THE LORD HATE EVIL, for he guards the lives of his faithful ones and delivers them from the hand of the wicked.” (Psa. 97:10)

Our Abba Father preserves or guards the lives of His saints; and wonderfully delivers us out of the hand of the wicked, precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints. But something more is meant than our lives; for when we choose to be his disciples we must be willing to LAY DOWN OUR LIVES, and not just secure it. It is the immortal soul that Jesus preserves, the inward man, which is renewed more and more as the outward man decays!

“Rejoice in the LORD, YOU WHO ARE RIGHTEOUS, and praise his holy name.(Psa. 97:12)

Be thankful that we can live in righteousness and PURE JOY, because of our relationship with Jesus!

AS HE MAKES KNOWN TO US THE PATH OF LIFE; HE WILL FILL US WITH JOY IN HIS PRESENCE, WITH ETERNAL PLEASURES AT HIS RIGHT HAND!

Notice: [We must understand that the bible says:] HE WILL FILL US WITH JOY IN HIS PRESENCE, WITH ETERNAL PLEASURES AT HIS RIGHT HAND…” !!!] That’s for you: Stephanie, Ethan, Camden, Olivia, Aidan, Landon, Kinsley, Annika and Kaleigh

Our Abba Father preserves or guards the lives of His saints; and wonderfully delivers us out of the hand of the wicked! So much more is meant for our lives; for when we choose to be his disciples we must be willing to LAY DOWN OUR LIVES, and not just secure it. It is the immortal soul that Jesus preserves, the inward man is renewed MORE AND MORE as the outward man decays!

LIGHT SHINES ON THE RIGHTEOUS and joy on the upright in heart.” (Psa. 97:11)

Jesus told his disciples, as He was about to leave this world (John 16:20), you shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy. Joy is sure to the upright in heart, to those only that are sincere in their relationship with the Lord. The joy of the hypocrite is but for a moment. As we grow in our love for the Lord Jesus,  we must MAKE SURE THAT WE HATE EVIL, the evil of sin, and everything that is offensive to Him. OUR JOY SHOULD LIKEWISE CONFIRM OUR LOVE FOR OUR ABBA FATHER!

11-05-17 Loved One’s Devotion WORSHIPING TOGETHER…

[My awesome, loving and wonderful Grandchildren, and Annika and Kaleigh, whom I love and pray for every day: “Let us hold unswervingly [reliably] to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may SPUR ONE ANOTHER ON TOWARD LOVE AND GOOD DEEDS, NOT GIVING UP MEETING TOGETHER, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another–and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” (Heb. 10:23-25)

[Since we have the freedom and opportunity, let us meet together, worship the Lord and encourage one another! It would be inappropriate for us to KEEP AT A DISTANCE FROM HIM. We must DRAW NEAR in all holy conversation, like Enoch walking with God. We must DRAW NEAR in humble adorations, worshipping in His presence. We must DRAW NEAR in our holy dependence upon our Abba Father. We must DRAW NEAR in conformity to God, and communion with him, living under his blessed influence, still endeavoring to get NEARER AND NEARER, until we come to dwell in HIS PRESENCE FOREVER!]

“I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, SO THAT YOU MAY KNOW HIM BETTER…” (Eph. 1:16-18)

PRAYING THAT WE MAY KNOW THE HOPE TO WHICH HE HAS CALLED US!

[We are not of those who draw back. I pray that we, who have already met with great trials, and have been supported through them by the grace of God who is so wonderful in strengthening our faith, so we were never at any time left to ourselves to draw back to damnation; I thank God that HE WILL KEEP US BY HIS MIGHTY POWER through faith unto salvation!]

“So, do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that WHEN YOU HAVE DONE THE WILL OF GOD, YOU WILL RECEIVE WHAT HE HAS PROMISED.” (Heb. 10:35-36)

[Be encouraged because you are assured the reward of your holy confidence in our Abba Father and His many promises. This also carries a present reward in it, in holy PEACE AND JOY, and much of God’s presence and his power resting upon us; and it shall have a great payment of reward hereafter! FOR… “In just a little while, HE WHO IS COMING WILL COME AND WILL NOT DELAY.” (Heb. 10:37)

[He will soon come to us at our individual end, and put a finish to all our sufferings, and give us a crown of life. He will soon come to judgment, and put an end to the sufferings of the whole church, and give all of us an ample and glorious reward!]

11-04-17 Loved One’s Devotion SPEAKING THE TRUTH IN LOVE…

[My awesome, loving and wonderful Grandchildren, and Annika and Kaleigh, whom I love and pray for every day: “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and WHO CORRECTLY HANDLES THE WORD OF TRUTH.” (2 Tim. 2:15)

[‘Correctly’ comes from the word orthotomeō: to make a straight cut, that is, to dissect, to rightly divide. When we present the gospel, we must remember we are handling THE WORD OF GOD! So, we must honor the Word of God, respect the Word of God and most importantly pray over the Word of God, pray that Our Abba Father will reveal the Word to us, so we may reveal it to others!]

“…SPEAKING THE TRUTH IN LOVE, we will grow to become IN EVERY RESPECT the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ…” (Eph. 4:15-16)

[We must have a greater portion of love FOR Christ and TO one another.]

WE MUST SPEAK THE TRUTH IN LOVE, SO WE WILL GROW TO BECOME MATURE…

[My dear brothers and sisters, dedicating your lives to singing for Jesus:] “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and WHO CORRECTLY HANDLES THE WORD OF TRUTH.” (2 Tim.

Avoid godless chatter, because THOSE WHO INDULGE IN IT WILL BECOME MORE AND MORE UNGODLY. Their teaching will spread like gangrene…” (2 Tim. 2:16-17)

[Avoid all empty (vain, useless, idle) talk. We can turn the radio or television on today and witness plenty empty and useless talk, people may say whatever they want with no accountability and lead many astray, but we must “speak the truth in love” Eph. 4:15 so that we will:]

no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and BLOWN HERE AND THERE BY EVERY WIND OF TEACHING…” (Eph. 4:14)

[That is, that we may be no longer children in our knowledge who are weak in the faith, and changing in our judgments, yielding easily to every temptation, readily complying with the many ‘untruths’ going around!]

“Instead, SPEAKING THE TRUTH IN LOVE, we will grow to become IN EVERY RESPECT the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, GROWS AND BUILDS ITSELF UP IN LOVE, AS EACH PART DOES ITS WORK.” (Eph. 4:15-16)

[There are two ways to understand this: One, that all the members of the church may attain a greater portion of love FOR Christ and TO one another; OR know that mutual love among Christians is a great motivator for spiritual growth: it is in love that the body edifies itself; whereas a kingdom divided against itself cannot stand.]

“…I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, even THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and WILL BE IN YOU.” (John 14:16-17)

WE MUST SPEAK THE TRUTH IN LOVE, SO WE WILL GROW TO BECOME MATURE…

FaithLine, the bible says: “…You know him (the Holy Spirit), for he dwells with you and WILL BE IN YOU.”
