First let me say thanks to the many churches and individuals that are already sending in their offerings toward the African Harvest Cry. I do not think there could be a better investment in this church, nor in the world of Christian Ministry at this time. Our mission statistics are flowing in for the Assembly reports and the Africa data came in this week. As I looked at the report I realized another great shift has taken place. Over the last few years we have stated often that the COGOP plants one new church a day and we see over 500 receive Christ each day. From these reports coming in it is apparent we have planted two churches each day and see over 1000 receive Christ daily this past year. To God be all the Glory!
Little did I realized that this vision was not for Ezoua, but for Antoine. After about two years, Koissi Antoine came back to me and told me that he was now ready to go as a missionary to these two Muslim nations. After much prayer and encouragement, we sent him not knowing what the outcome would be. Since that time Koissi Antoine has traveled to these nations and ministered often.
Africa’s harvest is so diverse that it includes Mulsim outreach, as well as tribal people, as we heard last week that our ministry in Kenya touches 14 different tribes. In many African nations our pastors and evangelists are proclaiming Christ to Muslim people. Please consider your contribution to the African Harvest Cry during these weeks before the International Assembly. We hope to place a $200,000 check in the hands of Bishop Sherman Allen to strengthen our outreach and ministry in this overwhelming land of harvest.
