News From North America
The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field: Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof. —Matthew 13:31 KJV.
This scripture is the embodiment of the concept of EVERYONE CAN. This project, introduced in the summer of 2007, is like unto a small seed that is planted, cultivated, nurtured and begins to grow to fruition. The plan that each member gives a minimum of $1.00 each time a new church is planted. Within the heart of most of us is the desire to be a part of good things that are happening and this is one way that you can be involved. It is my desire to keep you aware of new church plants so that you can join us in praying for these new congregations while they are in their infancy and to provide you an avenue for giving.
My sincere thanks go to the churches and individuals that have become a part of investing in church planting across North America. Since the 2006 International Assembly forty-six new churches have been organized in North America with a total membership from those churches of 1,180.

Praise Reports shared from “North Carolina Knee Mail”
Gold Valley: On March 28 - 30, 2008, we took 45 young people to the Interdenominational Youth Conference and Worship Extravaganza, Shabbach. We were expecting something very special and we were not disappointed. My expectations were far exceeded by the moving of the Holy Ghost. God took us to a different level in worship. I don't know how many of the forty five did not have the Holy Ghost when they went, but I would say that at least twenty five of our young people were really filled with the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Saturday night of the Conference, the minister took the pulpit at the beginning of the service and ministered and then gave an altar call. The altar filled again. Several were slain in the spirit all around us. It was beautiful!
We have a young man who had tested positive with Muscular Dystrophy before he went on the trip. While praying for him on Saturday night, he said that he felt something hot going up his legs where previously he had a biopsy, He shared with the group that the Lord had healed him.
This past weekend, our Praise Team was asked to come to Ephesus Baptist Church to lead the congregation in worship. By all accounts, it was awesome. They told our Praise Team Leader that they wanted to experience something different. God did take them to another level of worship. I am waiting to hear the full report of this weekend service. —Bishop Jim Dickerson, pastor
News from Region 7 : Our Morvan pastor, Iris Tillman approached me concerning a county wide crusade in Anson County . My heart was touched because God had already shown me this great need. Drug infested schools , street gangs and all Satan has to offer are prevalent in our county. Pastor Tillman ask me if I would support her. I assured her that I would and we immediately went to work. Pastor Tillman contacted every pastor in the county. We called a meeting and close to 100 pastors and helpers showed up. Pastor Tillman organized the most effective staff I have seen. This included speakers, altar workers, musicians, ushers, and singers. Sister Tillman then secured the Anson county High School gymnasium for the five night crusade. Ministers from many denominations blessed over 2000 people with a Holy Ghost filled message. The altar filled every night with people receiving answers to prayer for various needs. We witnessed over 100 experiences. This is an event I shall never forget, five nights of Heaven on earth. Many thanks to Pastor Tillman for her great work. —Bishop James Lanter, Regional Overseer
