The General Overseer's Office released the following memo via email to State/Regional Overseer's in North America on 1/24/08 and mailed a memo to local churches on 1/25/08 concerning a revised Proxy Preregistration Form:
TO: All Pastors FROM: Shaun McKinley, Administrative Liaison to the General Overseer RE: REVISED Proxy Registration Form Date: 01/22/08
Dear Pastor,
Enclosed you will find a revised “OFFICIAL PROXY PREREGISTRATION FORM.” As you will see, we have adjusted the time frame for the reporting of church statistics. On the form sent to you earlier, the ending date for church statistics was the same date as the final day for registering your proxy representative. We apologize for this oversight and any inconvenience it may have caused.
Please discard the form sent to you earlier and replace it with the enclosed form.
