Bishop Felix Santiago The great accomplishment here in this area is that they are functioning completely self sufficient. No US dollars of mission funds go into this area. The tithe flow and mission offerings from each nation has grown to be sufficient to support all the allotments of every nation here, as well as the General Presbyter budget, the area CBL activities, special help for individual nations, and to supply substantial funds for mission support in Africa, Europe, CIS, and the Middle East, and North America.
All of this could not have been done without the efforts over the last ten years of Bishop Felix Santiago. He has personally been overseer of more than half of these nations. During those times he has established each nation on the solid financial system of the church and appointed faithful leaders that would maintain these functions. In addition the teaching of stewardship has been laid throughout the region down through the decades. Every nation demonstrates a high level of compliance in good stewardship from the local churches of the nations. Today the fruit of both of these is evident in the strong foundations of ministry seen in Central America, Mexico, and Hispanic Caribbean.
