The goal of all we do is to evangelize, disciple, and prepare every child for the "good works" that God ordained for him to do.

How can this be done? It is logistically impossible to evangelize, disciple, and equip every child in every congregation and community throughout the world. But we can focus on developing children’s ministry leaders in every congregation, region and nation through programs such as the Institute of Children’s Ministry, IMPACT! online training, one-day training intensives. These developing leaders will then create and implement training programs and ministry initiatives that will inspire and equip local children's ministers to provide ministry that evangelizes, disciples, and equips every child in their congregations and communities.
