The probability of someone receiving Christ as their Savior is
32% for children between the ages of 5 and 12,
but only 4% for children between the ages of 14-18
and only 6% for people older than 19 ...These statistics challenge us to make ministry to children a top priority within our organization and within each local church.
Children's Ministries embraces God's purposes for children. Every ministry initiative, training opportunity, resource, and event is designed to establish God's purposes in the hearts of our children.
Because we cannot personally reach every child with the message of God's purposes, we must enable others to do so. Therefore, our passion is to develop leaders in children's ministry. These leaders will develop ministries, resources, and relationships that will enable His purposes to be accomplished in the lives of children and other children's ministers.
Paul's desire for the Galatians was that Christ be formed in them (Galatians 4:19). This is our prayer for the children of this generation and for the children's ministers who lead them.
